German Speaking Business Development Manager, London
with strong hybrid working, £60,000 - £90,000 Base salary + Uncapped Bonus (OTE £120,000 - £180,000+) + Excellent Benefits

We're partnering with one of Europe's most innovative marketing technology businesses, helping some of the world's biggest Consumer Electronics brands drive billions in customer engagement through cashback promotions, trade-in programmes, gift-with-purchase campaigns, loyalty programmes and customer retention solutions.
Now they're investing heavily in Germany. And they're looking for one exceptional Business Development Manager to lead that growth.
This isn't about maintaining existing accounts. This is about creating something remarkable.
The Opportunity
Imagine being trusted to build one of the company's most important growth markets. You'll become the commercial face of the business across Germany, identifying opportunities with Consumer Electronics retailers, manufacturers, distributors, mobile networks and strategic partners.
You'll introduce innovative promotional solutions that genuinely help your clients sell more products, increase customer loyalty and outperform their competitors.
You'll have the freedom to build relationships with senior decision makers, influence commercial strategy and become recognised as a trusted adviser within one of Europe's most exciting industries.

- Build and develop an exciting pipeline of new business opportunities throughout Germany
- Prospect, engage and win new Consumer Electronics retailers, manufacturers, distributors and mobile networks
- Deliver consultative sales presentations that uncover client challenges and create tailored commercial solutions
- Advise customers on promotional strategies including cashback, trade-in, gift-with-purchase, loyalty and retention campaigns
- Become a trusted commercial adviser rather than simply another salesperson
- Analyse market trends and use commercial insight to create opportunities with prospective clients
- Work closely with Marketing to generate high-quality leads and campaigns
- Build accurate sales forecasts and consistently achieve ambitious revenue and gross profit targets
- Negotiate commercial agreements and successfully close complex sales opportunities
- Maintain an excellent CRM pipeline with clear forecasting and reporting
- Travel across Germany when required to meet clients and develop relationships
Who We're Looking For
We're interested in ambitious, commercially driven Business Development professionals who genuinely enjoy winning new business.
You could currently be:
- A Business Development Manager
- A Senior Business Development Executive
- A Partner Account Manager
- A Channel Sales Manager
- A Commercial Manager
- An Enterprise Sales Executive
- A Key Account Manager with significant new business responsibility
Most importantly, you'll have the confidence to open new doors and develop meaningful commercial relationships.
You'll ideally bring:
- Native German speaker with fluent English
- A minimum of four years' successful Business Development or New Business experience
- Experience selling into, or working within, Consumer Electronics, IT, Technology Distribution or related sectors
- Strong consultative sales experience
- Commercial awareness with experience managing revenue and profitability
- Excellent presentation and influencing skills
- Confidence engaging with senior decision makers
- Strong CRM discipline and forecasting ability
- Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude or Gemini to improve sales productivity and prospecting
- A naturally curious mindset that enjoys understanding customer challenges before presenting solutions

Maybe you've sold promotional marketing, loyalty programmes, cashback campaigns or customer engagement solutions.
