The Lounge team is growing!
We are looking for a Client Services Language Executive (specialising in German) to join our rapidly growing business and Client Services team. Since 2015 Lounge has grown from an eCommerce underwear brand into an Omnichannel modern fashion house inspired to make a woman feel empowered, beautiful, sexy, and comfortable in one’s skin.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering an exceptional and memorable experience for our customers. You’ll represent Lounge by providing personal and efficient support that well reflects who we are and the service we provide.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in a fast-growing team. If you're excited about starting your journey with Lounge and helping us elevate the brand to the next level, this role is for you.

What you will do at Lounge:
- Work within our world-class Client Services Team, representing Lounge to our German-speaking community.
- Support customers through their journey with Lounge and create a memorable experience from start to finish.
- Provide customer care across multiple channels including email and live chat.
- Gain a deep understanding of Lounge products and brand values.
- Limited but possible opportunities to support with proofreading and reviewing German content across the team.
We would love it if you:
- Are passionate about customer experience, with a desire to learn, grow and succeed.
- Have experience in fashion/retail.
- Have a fine eye for detail and are a great multitasker.
- Are extremely confident with technology and are computer literate.
- Are confident in writing professional communications with excellent grammar and on-brand terminology.
- Have knowledge around consumer behaviour.
- Are fluent in German reading and writing.
