Interim Senior Commercial Counsel (German Qualified) | Europe
A leading multinational in the specialty chemicals, advanced materials and industrial manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced German-qualified commercial lawyer to provide interim support across its European operations. The business develops and supplies innovative products used across a wide range of industries including construction, packaging, hygiene, healthcare, electronics, transportation and consumer goods.
This is a senior, business-facing position supporting stakeholders across Europe on a broad range of commercial and strategic legal matters during a key transitional period.

Requirements:
- German-qualified lawyer (Volljurist)
- 8+ years' legal experience, ideally combining private practice and in-house exposure
- Strong commercial contracting and business advisory experience
- Comfortable supporting cross-border matters across multiple European jurisdictions
- Pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach with strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience in manufacturing, chemicals, industrial products, materials, engineering or similar sectors would be advantageous
