German Speaking Accounts Assistant

As a German Speaking Accounts Assistant in the media and agency industry, you'll handle the daily financial tasks that keep things running smoothly, from processing invoices to reconciling accounts. Based in Orpington, this temporary role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for numbers and a passion for accounting and finance.

Description

  • Process invoices and ensure accurate data entry into financial systems.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Assist with preparing financial reports for internal use.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Maintain organised financial records and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers regarding financial queries.
  • Handle general administrative tasks related to the accountancy and finance department.

A successful German Speaking Accounts Assistant will be confident in communicating within German i.e. Written and Verbal
