German Speaking Business Development Executive - Permanent
An exciting opportunity has arisen for our client to join their team as a German Speaking Business Development Executive to support business growth across European markets. The successful candidate will identify new commercial opportunities, develop prospective client relationships and contribute to developing the target market. As a German Speaking Business Development Executive, you must be prepared to attend some trade shows within Europe throughout the year.
Job Description for the German Speaking Business Development Executive role:
- Developing and growing a European client database.
- Identifying and engaging prospective clients through cold outreach, digital networking, industry trade shows and events
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with European distributors and clients.
- Deliver sales growth in the target markets
- Preparing and delivering tailored presentations to introduce the business, develop client understanding and support the onboarding of new customers.
- Working collaboratively with the European Business Development Manager, EU sales team and marketing department
- Maintaining accurate CRM records relating to leads, meetings and sales performance.
- Travelling across European markets for client meetings and industry events as required.

Candidate Requirements for the German Speaking Business Development Executive role:
- Previous B2B sales or account management experience is preferred
- Fluency in English and German is essential and additional European language skills would be advantageous.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel across European markets for client meetings and industry trade events.
- Ability to maintain accurate CRM records.
- Good organisational skills
- A strong work ethic, drive and genuine desire to succeed.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confident engaging with prospective clients and developing professional relationships.

Location: Congleton
Hours:
- Days Monday - Thursday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Friday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 Per Annum
