The Role
As a European Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding the company's presence across European markets by identifying new customers, building strong client relationships, and supporting business growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Generating new business opportunities through outbound sales activity, networking, and industry events.
- Building and developing relationships with distributors and clients across Europe.
- Delivering engaging presentations and tailored commercial proposals.
- Working closely with the European Business Development Manager, sales teams, and marketing colleagues.
- Managing sales pipelines and maintaining accurate CRM records.
- Attending European trade shows, client meetings, and networking events.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in both German and English (essential).
- Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or a customer-facing commercial role would be advantageous.
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to succeed.
- Comfortable making outbound approaches and developing new business opportunities.
- Willingness to travel throughout Europe when required.
- Additional European language skills would be beneficial but not essential.
