About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Global Institutional Client Group – DACEE, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting both client fundraising (Business Development) and client servicing for institutional investors in Germany, Austria, and Central Eastern Europe (DACEE).
This is a fast-paced, strategic opportunity to grow Brookfield’s presence in one of the world’s most influential investor regions. You’ll work alongside Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) and Client Service Relationship Managers (CSRs) to build stronger relationships, streamline work processes, and advance fund-raising objectives across our asset classes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in fundraising across Real Estate, Infrastructure, Renewable Power/Transition, Private Equity, and Credit, from initial outreach to investor diligence and summits.
- Supporting onboarding and servicing efforts by coordinating client requests, subscriptions, and ongoing engagement across a trans-European region.
- Leading client discovery efforts & due diligence support, including preparing market intelligence and operational meeting materials.
- Coordinating DACEE-focused events, including client summits, seminars, and company visits, and liaising with our industry-leading Events Team.
- Acting as a global liaison, supporting team collaboration with local offices worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Marketing & Investor Outreach
- Support the originate new client investment activity in the DACEE region, covering Germany, Austria, and emerging markets in Central/Eastern Europe.
- Assist CRM teams with marketing materials, targeting strategies, and primary research for institutional investor pitches.
- Maintain up-to-date lead tracking (via Brooksfield’s CRM system) to inform engagement decisions and investor outreach.

Client Due Diligence & Roadshow Support
- Work closely with CRMs/CSRs to coordinate update meetings (e.g., Q&A, portfolio presentations, and operational updates).
- Support due diligence for new funds or mandates—prepare pre-meeting reports, investor FAQ documents, and follow-up communications.
- Support and filter investors through due diligence pipelines alongside internal specialists.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and briefing notes for client discussions, summits, and investor roadshows.

- Execute launch & closing procedures for private funds, aligning with investment teams and external entity partners.
Client Servicing

Investor Support
- Serve as a liaison for institutional investors, handling ongoing queries and project managing requests (e.g., subscription documentation, REAL reporting, SEMs, letter of intent follow-up).
- Ensure smooth client onboarding—coordinate documentation reviews, investor packets, and approvals with internal teams.

Internal & External Coordination
- Work closely with Customer Support & Operational Affairs teams to resolve client execution/transparency issues.
- Be a key interface for Brookfield’s Salesforce system, maintaining client records, deal pipeline tracking, and investor metrics for management reporting.
Other
- Research & Analysis
- Monitor and report on alternative investment trends (Real Estate, Private Equity, Credit, etc.) in the DACEE region.
- Research prospective investors, compiling case studies, market intelligence, and stakeholder insights for teams.
- Ad-hoc & Clean-Up Tasks
- Troubleshoot common client/subscriber issues and escalate as needed.
- Organise firmwide client summits, client-side visits, or portfolio tours, including coordination with large investor delegations.
Requirements & Qualifications
Essential
- Undergraduate degree (Finance, Economics, Business preferred).
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in the financial services industry.
- Client-facing professional experience within private wealth, asset management, client origination, or private funds.
- Strong investment knowledge with analytical capabilities for assessing alternative investment opportunities.
- Diverse skill set combining communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent written & verbal English ( réd“). A strong command of German language is required and sessions may be held on remote visits to their office.
- Desire to grow:

Advantageous
- Postgraduate finance qualifications (e.g., CFA, MBA, CA/CPA).
- Salesforce experience (or preparedness to manage CRM purposes effectively).
- Basic working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and advanced Word processing.
- Some exposure to CFX or alternative investment deal life cycles.
