German Speaking Customer Service
Salary: £30,000
Location: Hatfield
Benefits: Company bonus – 10% (£3000)
25 days holiday, Pension, Private Medical, Hybrid working – 1-day a week
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Duration: Permanent
Our Client, a global market leader and a reputable, well-known brand, has an exciting opportunity for Customer Services in their German marketplace. You will contribute to supporting all aspects of the customer services provided.
This role requires a German Speaker and would really suit someone who is confident, sociable, proactive, and enjoys taking ownership of their work. Previous business degree would work really well for this opportunity but is not essential.

Responsibilities:
- Looking after the German marketplace
- Experienced in delivering high-quality customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face, ensuring every customer receives a professional, friendly, and efficient experience.
- Confident in handling customer enquiries, resolving issues promptly, and managing complaints with empathy while maintaining a positive customer journey.
- Skilled in processing orders, updating customer records, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring accurate, timely completion of all administrative tasks.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize a busy workload, meet deadlines, and maintain excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive and personable team player who builds strong customer relationships, consistently achieves service standards, and contributes to improving customer satisfaction.
