German Speaking Customer Support Administrator
Location: Bristol
Salary: £27,500 DOE + Bonus
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Working Pattern: Hybrid – 4 days in the office, 1 day from home
We are recruiting for a German Speaking Customer Support Administrator to join an established international business.
This is a varied role combining customer service, sales support, and account administration. You'll work closely with both customers and internal sales teams, managing orders, resolving queries, and helping maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. It's a great opportunity for a fluent German speaker who enjoys building relationships and wants a role with plenty of interaction across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer orders and keeping customers and sales teams updated on deliveries
- Handling order changes, amendments, cancellations, and returns
- Managing key account portals and customer communications
- Responding to customer queries and resolving issues efficiently
- Supporting the sales team with product alternatives and sales opportunities
- Providing initial support with payment queries and chasing outstanding payments
- Managing shared customer and sales inboxes
- Working closely with Finance, Marketing, Warehouse, and other internal teams
- Supporting colleagues during busy periods and absences
- Maintaining accurate customer and order information
- Building positive relationships with new and existing customers

About You
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
- Previous customer service, sales support, order management, or account support experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong IT skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to prioritise effectively and remain calm under pressure
- Comfortable following established processes and procedures
- Positive, reliable, and proactive approach
- Experience with ERP systems such as NAV or Business Central would be advantageous
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables, would also be beneficial

Salary & Benefits
- £27,600 DOE
- KPI bonus of up to £500 per quarter
- Hybrid working – 1 set day per week from home
