About the Role
We’re looking for a German-speaking E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our German websites. Reporting to the Global E-commerce Manager, you’ll support online trading, content localisation, and performance analysis to drive growth and elevate the customer experience.
How you'll contribute:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the German e-commerce site, including promotions, product listings, SEO, and translations.
- Support trading plans to improve revenue and conversion across the DACH region.
- Monitor KPIs (traffic, conversion, AOV, sales) using GA4 and Hotjar, providing actionable insights.
- Translate and adapt content, product descriptions, and campaigns into fluent German, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.
- Partner with digital marketing teams on SEO, paid media, and email campaigns tailored to the German market.
- Identify and implement UX and checkout improvements to enhance the customer journey.
- Benchmark competitor activity to uncover growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with customer service to ensure a seamless experience for German-speaking customers.

What we're looking for:
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
- Experience in e-commerce trading or digital marketing, ideally within luxury, fashion, or retail.
- Understanding of German online consumer behaviour and market trends.
- Proficient with CMS/e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, or similar) and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organised.
- Excellent communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams.
- Must have the right to work in the UK – unfortunately, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.
