German-Speaking Lawyer & Team Leader

Remote | 15-20 Hours per Week | German Language Skills Required

We are seeking an experienced German-speaking Team Leader for a potential document review project. The successful candidate will have strong Relativity experience and be responsible for managing reviewers, overseeing QC, conducting searches, and acting as the main point of contact for the client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of document reviewers
  • Create and execute searches within Relativity
  • Perform QC on coding decisions and provide review guidance
  • Summarise documents and address review-related queries
  • Liaise with engineers and stakeholders on complex documents
  • Communicate directly with the client and manage day-to-day project requirements
  • Explain and defend coding decisions when required

Requirements:

  • Qualified Lawyer
  • Fluent German language skills
  • Strong Relativity expertise
  • Previous review management or team leadership experience
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Ability to work within the relevant European time zone
