German Speaking Legal PA

Our client is a leading US law firm who is looking to recruit a German Speaking Legal PA to join them for fluent German written and spoken requirements for their international clients.

German Speaking Legal PA – What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage diaries, ensuring they are up to date
  • Arrange for travel bookings and related details, including travel itineraries and expenses
  • Arrange meetings, book conference rooms, refreshments / catering
  • Support lawyers in marketing and BD activities
  • Assist lawyers in the billing process

German Speaking Legal PA – What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluent in written and spoken German, as well as English
  • Previous Legal PA / Secretary experience
  • Ideally have some experience of BD / Marketing within a PA / Secretary role
  • Fast, accurate typing skills
  • Highly skilled on all MS Office applications
  • Ability to be flexible to meet the demands of the work
