Main Duties
- Managing the customer journey from initial enquiry and order placement through to delivery.
- Providing ongoing support and resolving any issues along the way for UK, European, and German-speaking customers.
The Role
- Support UK, European, and DACH customers, using your German and English language skills.
- Manage the full customer order process, from enquiry and quotation through to delivery.
- Build strong relationships with customers and work closely with Sales and internal teams.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and delivery issues, providing professional and effective solutions.
- Take ownership of your workload, identify potential problems early, and proactively find solutions.

Candidate's Profile
- Fluent German (written and spoken) – Essential
- Experience In a Customer Service Role Is Preferred
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, confident, and dynamic personality
- Computer literate (with experience in SAP an advantage)
