Location: London (3 minute walk from London Liverpool Street Station)
Salary: £27,800 - £32,000 Basic (Uncapped commission & incentives including holidays, directors’ lunch and much more!)

Your Role

As a Recruitment Consultant joining our brand, you will be fully trained in all aspects of recruitment by one of the senior members of the company and our Learning and Development team. During your time in this role, you will be working with your manager and tasked with finding suitable candidates for open job vacancies across Europe. This will involve significant time speaking with candidates on the telephone to discuss roles with them and assess their suitability.

Working against many competing firms and their candidates, you will have some successes and some disappointments. You will be rewarded with commission for every placement that you make during your time as an Associate Recruitment Consultant and if successful then you can be rewarded with a promotion and will be introduced to client management and business development as a Recruitment Consultant.

Responsibilities Include

  • Calling candidates and briefing them about job opportunities
  • Discussing financial packages, timing and travel etc
  • Advertising jobs on social media sites
  • Head-hunting candidates and networking on social media platforms
  • Using the database to record your activity and maintain accurate records or processes
  • Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants
  • Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client
  • Informing candidates about the results of their interviews and getting their feedback
  • Generating Leads for new business opportunities

What You Need To Have

  • Business Level or better German Language Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good sales, persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Drive, ambition and resilience
  • A strong work ethic
  • A commercial mindset
  • A confident and positive attitude
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Good organizational and administrative skills
  • Experience in a sales environment is preferable; however it is not essential
