Role Overview

Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated, compassionate, and dynamic CAMHS Pathway Lead to provide day-to-day leadership across our CAMHS Getting Advice and Getting Help pathways. The role includes leadership across psychological therapies, the Children in Care Team, and CAMHS practitioners from a range of professional backgrounds and therapeutic modalities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership across the Getting Advice and Getting Help pathways, including psychological therapies and Children in Care pathways.
• Supervise, support, and manage staff working as part of a multi-disciplinary CAMHS service.
• Maintain oversight of referrals, waiting lists, caseloads, and performance standards to support timely access to care.
• Support safe risk assessment, formulation, care planning, and therapeutic intervention for children and young people experiencing mental health difficulties.
• Provide clinical, case management, safeguarding, and managerial supervision to colleagues where appropriate.
• Work collaboratively with partner agencies to promote effective care planning, safeguarding, and joined-up support for children, young people, and families.
• Contribute to clinical governance, audit, service development, quality improvement, and modernisation across the pathway and wider directorate.
• Ensure accurate recording of activity and data to support performance monitoring and service improvement.
• Support staff development, induction, training, supervision, and the creation of a positive learning environment.
