What We Are Looking For
At OMNIA Training, we’ve brought together some of the UK’s most innovative defence training organisations into a single consortium to deliver one powerful mission: to transform the British Army’s training system and create the best-trained Army in the world. OMNIA Training will redefine the British Army’s collective training, standing up as the Army’s Strategic Training Partner. To do that, we are looking for the best and brightest minds from across the UK. We are backed by British innovation and powered by world-class experts, like you. OMNIA Training is primed by Raytheon UK, but all five partners (Raytheon, Rheinmetall, Capita, Skyral and Cervus) are key to delivering the scope of the contract. Rheinmetall Electronics UK (REUK) is entrusted with the Training Delivery aspect of the contract, and this role will be fundamental in enabling this as part of a Rheinmetall Programme team. This is more than a job — it’s a mission. You will be part of a high-impact, collaborative environment, where we expect everyone to live the values and standards of the British Army. Every person in our team plays a critical role in delivering OMNIA Training’s vision; designing, delivering, and transforming collective training so the British Army is ready to fight and win.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
