VEHICLE TECHNICIAN / MOT TESTER
BANBURY | £32,000–£40,000 BASIC | OTE £55,000–£60,000 | 1 IN 3 SATURDAY MORNINGS
A strong opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician who can also carry out MOT testing, with good earning potential and a sensible Saturday rota.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Join an established automotive operation in Banbury in a dual Technician and MOT Tester role covering servicing, repairs, diagnostics and MOT testing.
The basic salary is £32,000–£40,000 depending on experience, with OTE of £55,000–£60,000 and a 1-in-3 Saturday morning rota.

THE ROLE
- Carry out servicing and routine vehicle maintenance.
- Diagnose faults and complete mechanical repairs.
- Carry out MOT testing as part of the workshop workload.
- Work efficiently to maintain strong productivity.
- Ensure vehicles are completed to the required standard and ready for the customer.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Relevant experience as a Vehicle Technician.
- Current capability to carry out MOT testing.
- Strong servicing, repair and diagnostic skills.
- A consistent approach to workshop quality and productivity.
