A strong Service Advisor opportunity in Abingdon with a competitive basic salary, circa £42,000 OTE and a manageable 1-in-3 Saturday morning rota.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Join a busy automotive aftersales operation in Abingdon in a customer-facing role at the centre of the service department.
The basic salary is £30,000–£34,000 depending on experience, with OTE circa £42,000 and a 1-in-3 Saturday morning rota.
It should suit an experienced automotive Service Advisor who is comfortable managing customers, coordinating with the workshop and keeping the service process moving throughout the day.

THE ROLE
- Welcome customers and manage their service and repair requirements.
- Book work into the workshop and coordinate with the technical team.
- Keep customers updated on progress and any additional work required.
- Support invoicing and completion of the customer handover.
- Discuss additional work and service requirements where appropriate.
- Handle customer queries or complaints and help resolve issues effectively.
YOU’LL NEED
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous automotive aftersales experience in a Service Advisor or closely related customer-facing role.
- Experience coordinating between customers and the workshop.
- Confidence managing service bookings, progress updates and day-to-day customer communication.
- Good organisation in a busy aftersales environment.
- Experience using a dealer management system or similar automotive system.
