SERVICE ADVISOR
KIDLINGTON | £30,000–£34,000 BASIC | OTE CIRCA £42,000 | 1 IN 3 SATURDAY MORNINGS
A busy Service Advisor opportunity for someone who is comfortable handling volume, managing customers and keeping a fast-moving aftersales operation organised.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Join the Kidlington branch in a customer-facing Service Advisor role within a busy automotive aftersales environment.
- The basic salary is £30,000–£34,000 depending on experience, with OTE circa £42,000 and a 1-in-3 Saturday morning rota.
- It should suit an experienced advisor who enjoys pace, is confident managing a high level of customer contact and can keep the service process moving smoothly throughout the day.

THE ROLE
- Manage the customer journey from booking through to vehicle handover.
- Coordinate service and repair work with the workshop.
- Keep customers updated on progress and any additional work required.
- Manage the service diary and help keep workshop activity organised.
- Support invoicing, handovers and day-to-day aftersales administration.
- Discuss additional work and service requirements where appropriate.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You’ll Need
- Previous automotive aftersales experience in a Service Advisor or closely related role.
- Experience handling a busy customer workload and managing multiple jobs at the same time.
- Confidence coordinating between customers and the workshop.
- Experience managing bookings, diary activity and progress updates.
- The ability to communicate clearly with customers throughout the service process.
