GIC Graduate Scheme 2025 – Market Research & Conference Production

with a basic salary of £25,000 + uncapped commission (OTE Year 1: £29–40K+). This is a full-time position that is office-based from 9:00 am – 5:30 pm at London Bridge.

Global Insight Conferences (GIC), a market-leading B2B events company, is launching our Graduate Scheme 2025 in the Production Department—designed for ambitious, driven, and energetic graduates ready to kickstart a fast-paced career in the events industry. This 18-month rotational programme offers real responsibility, hands-on experience, and the chance to make an impact from day one—while building the skills to progress into a permanent role.

How The Graduate Scheme Works

Rotation 1: Market & Telephone Research (6 months)

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Engage with industry professionals via phone to gather valuable insights
  • Build a strong foundation in communication and research skills

Rotation 2: Conference Production & Project Management (12 months)

  • Create high-quality, profitable conferences from concept to delivery
  • Brief and collaborate with other departments to ensure an excellent delegate, speaker, and sponsor experience
  • Maintain high productivity levels while managing multiple projects
  • Take full responsibility for events from the very beginning
  • Apply exceptional organisational, research, grammar, and creative writing skills
  • Operate as a commercial, ambitious, high-energy self-starter
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and professionalism on the phone and face-to-face
  • Manage time effectively, innovate, and lead from day one

Who We’re Looking For

  • Confident, professional communicators—comfortable on the phone
  • Bright, ambitious, and eager to learn in a high-performance environment
  • Organised, detail-focused, and proactive problem-solvers
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and other digital tools
  • 1+ year of part-time or full-time work experience (preferred)
