Introduction
You might know Lush as the inventor of the bath bomb, but there’s more to us than pioneering cosmetics. We believe our business should put more back into the world than it takes, and demonstrates that capitalism can be a force for good. We fight cruel practices like animal testing, promote regeneration, and show that what’s inside counts - whether that’s an ingredient in a product, or the minerals in a smartphone.
Handmade is at the heart of Lush. So, when it comes to our gifting ranges we really do want to knock our customers' socks off! Every Lush gift comes with a story, and we love to celebrate the uniqueness of each gift we create. These are often around innovative materials we have used, new ways of reusing packaging, and collaborations with wonderful artists from across the world. Our customers love to hear these stories so we make a big effort to share them. Often they will feature on our website, be shared through our staff in stores or celebrated with bespoke gift tags. We’re not manufacturing throwaway fillers but keepsakes that we hope our customers will treasure.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
