Job Introduction
Please note: Applicants must be available to work 37.5 hours per week with full flexibility across the week. Candidates must be available to attend our hiring event on 6th October & if successful, able to join the business by 1st November 2026.
This Christmas we're looking for detail-oriented Gift Wrap Associates to help deliver a premium gifting experience within 40 Duke, Selfridges' exciting new destination, during our busiest festive period.
A Bit About The Role
As a Gift Wrap Associate, you will:
- Create beautifully wrapped gifts using luxury packaging, ribbons and gift wrap, whilst meeting service expectations.
- Handle luxury and high-value items with care and attention to detail.
- Deliver exceptional service in line with 40 Duke standards.
- Work collaboratively with Personal Shoppers and wider teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain high presentation standards whilst managing a busy and fast-paced service.
- Keep gift wrap stations organised, stocked and ready for customers throughout the day.
