Your Opportunity:

As a Client Advisor for Ginori 1735 at Harrods, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience across both dedicated sales areas. Acting as a true Brand Ambassador, you will embody and promote the values, heritage, and vision of Ginori 1735, ensuring a consistent and inspiring presence within the luxury retail environment.

You will be responsible for engaging with both internal and external clients, offering personalized service and expert product knowledge to build lasting relationships and drive brand loyalty. Your passion for excellence and attention to detail will contribute to the continued success and prestige of Ginori 1735.

How you will contribute:

  • Drive sales performance by delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring an excellent after-sales experience
  • Proactively engage in client development, nurturing existing relationships and acquiring new clients
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment

As a Brand Promoter:

  • Act as an ambassador of the brand, embodying and promoting its culture both internally and externally
  • Ensure a consistently exceptional customer experience aligned with brand values

As a Process Supporter:

  • Support store management in ensuring compliance with all operational processes and procedures, contributing to their effective implementation and follow-up

Who you are:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in luxury retail or high-end services
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • Genuine passion for the Interior Design and Home industry
  • Strongly sales-driven, sociable, open, and ambitious team player with a proactive and optimistic attitude
  • Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer experiences, fostering loyalty and achieving measurable results
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written - and outstanding organizational abilities
  • Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
