To be a Face Designer you must be a dynamic, motivated individual who has a proven track record of consistently achieving results of all goals set. A person who also has a true passion for being part of a team, ensuring success whilst at all times protecting the luxury of the brand image.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure your monthly target is met
  • Have a strong focus on link selling and the recruitment of new customers
  • Meet your Master Product target
  • Meet your Masterclass target
  • Conduct consultations to the highest levels and always invite clients back for a follow up appointment
  • Use samples effectively and meet and greet/ traffic stop all clients
  • Build strong & positive relationships with the team, store management, RBM & Head Office
  • Closely monitor stock holding levels, raise & rectify stock issues following retailer guidelines
  • Follow & implement company merchandising guidelines
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed and submitted within deadlines
  • Display high levels of customer service
  • Follow grooming guidelines
  • Be flexible with rota management and maintain a positive demeanour at all times
