Who we are

Fund Partner (“FP”), formerly known as Capital Achievement (The Lab) at Ataol, is a service-led partnership structured as a special purpose vehicle (SPV), offering search fund management, venture studio management and family office services, with a liaison office in the UK.

Ataol is a financial partnership offering M&A and debt advisory services and diversified financial affairs management. Founded in 2009 and headquartered in London, the Partnership has established a strong reputation for structuring and implementing transformation solutions for its clients.

Ataol has maintained a presence in Istanbul since 2013 and in Izmir since 2024, serving clients within the Turkish market.

The opportunity

We are seeking an Architectural Entrepreneur (Deal Sourcing, Partnerships and Marketing) for an initial 12-month entrepreneurial engagement within our Entrepreneurship Programme at the Fund Partner Marketing and Communications (“FPMC”) Lab.

As the Architectural Entrepreneur, you will represent Fund Partner, help build its real estate pipeline, and shape the Lab’s approach, business plan, and modelling, working on a peer-to-peer basis with the Partner.

Your background in architecture will be closely tied to destination and real estate site shortlisting, coupled with due diligence.

The role

  • Assisting with business development for Fund Partner and securing mandates
  • Assisting in due diligence and managing ESG standards
  • Preparing marketing materials for client and investor engagement
  • Preparing presentations and corporate identity assets
  • Handling administrative tasks to support communications

The profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture; interest in consulting and hospitality real estate M&A: a plus
  • Recent graduates and early-career candidates (no more than two years’ professional work experience)
  • Interest in hospitality, F&B and luxury retail; leisure: a plus
  • Interest in dashboard visualisation; knowledge of business intelligence (BI) tools: a plus
  • Full professional proficiency in Turkish
  • Ability to travel to Turkey and the EMEA region
  • Proficiency in standard office software (Microsoft Office)
  • Degree from a UK or European university required

This role follows a hybrid model, combining remote work with occasional travel for market and destination research, due diligence and partner accompaniment.

Remuneration

This engagement is structured as a success fee tied to securing mandates under a cooperation agreement, plus the opportunity for an equity option in a potential spin-off vehicle.
