The Opportunity
As demand for GIS and digital solutions continues to grow, we're looking to connect with experienced GIS Managers for future opportunities who can lead the delivery of geospatial services across a diverse portfolio of projects spanning Hydropower & Dams, Transmission & Distribution, Nuclear, Waste & Generation, and Minerals & Resources.
This is an opportunity to work on some of the industry's most challenging and rewarding projects, partnering with clients to deliver solutions that improve decision-making, reduce risk and create long-term value.
About The Role
As a GIS Manager, you'll lead the delivery of geospatial solutions across a range of complex, multidisciplinary projects, ensuring clients receive high-quality, innovative and practical GIS services that support successful project outcomes.
You'll work closely with clients, project managers, engineers, environmental specialists and digital teams to understand challenges, identify opportunities and deliver solutions that unlock the full value of spatial data. From spatial analysis and mapping to geospatial data management and digital integration, you'll play a key role in ensuring GIS is embedded throughout project delivery.
Alongside providing technical expertise, you'll be responsible for leading and supporting GIS professionals, promoting best practice and driving excellence across project delivery.
Your Impact
In This Role, You'll
- Lead the successful delivery of GIS and geospatial services for major infrastructure and energy projects.
- Help clients make informed decisions through the effective use of spatial data, mapping and analytics.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to GIS specialists and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Deliver innovative geospatial solutions that improve project performance and add value for clients.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders, understanding their challenges and delivering practical solutions.
- Oversee geospatial data management, governance and quality assurance activities.
- Support the integration of GIS with engineering design, asset information and wider digital delivery systems.
- Champion innovation, best practice and continuous improvement in geospatial delivery.

About You
We're keen to hear from experienced GIS professionals who enjoy leading teams, working closely with clients and delivering impactful solutions on complex projects.
You'll Likely Have
- Experience of GIS delivery within infrastructure, engineering, environmental or energy sectors.
- Strong expertise in ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online and Enterprise GIS.
- Experience in spatial analysis, geoprocessing and geospatial data management.
- Knowledge of coordinate systems, spatial data standards and GIS governance best practice.
- Experience developing web GIS applications, mapping products and visualisation solutions.
- An understanding of BIM/GIS integration and digital engineering environments.
- Experience managing and mentoring technical teams in a project delivery environment.
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value.
- A passion for delivering high-quality solutions and solving complex client challenges.
