About Us
We are a leading glazing company specialising in both contract glazing and replacement glazing services across London and the South East. We work with main contractors, developers, facilities management companies, housing associations, commercial property owners and more, delivering high-quality glazing solutions on projects of all sizes.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Executive / Business Development Manager to develop new business opportunities and grow existing client relationships throughout London and surrounding areas.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, identifying project opportunities, working closely with our operations team to secure and deliver profitable contracts.
This is a field-based role requiring regular travel throughout London and the Home Counties.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities within the commercial and residential glazing sectors.
- Develop relationships with:
- Main contractors
- Property developers
- Facilities management companies
- Housing associations
- Local authorities
- Commercial property managers
- Promote contract glazing, replacement glazing, emergency glazing and specialist glazing services.
- Identify tender opportunities and assist with bid submissions.
- Prepare and present quotations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
- Maintain accurate records within the company's CRM system.
- Work closely with estimating and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
