Role Overview
You will be responsible for delivering some of the agency's most strategically important global accounts.
This role exists to connect strategy, creativity, culture and execution into one seamless client experience.
You will be responsible for leading design projects across multiple channels. You will ensure that client objectives are translated into work that is strategically sound, creatively distinctive and commercially effective.
This is not a traditional account management role.
We are looking for someone who can lead teams, shape thinking, challenge briefs, build client confidence and create the conditions for exceptional work to happen.
You will oversee the day-to-day running and long-term growth of key accounts including brands across hospitality, telco, FMCG, travel and lifestyle sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership
You will lead client relationships by:
- Acting as a trusted senior advisor to clients.
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across multiple levels of client organisations.
- Understanding client business objectives and translating them into actionable agency plans.
- Leading status meetings, strategic discussions and senior client conversations.
- Identifying opportunities for growth, innovation and added value.
- Managing client expectations confidently and proactively.
- Ensuring all work is delivered to a consistently high standard.
Integrated Campaign Leadership
You will oversee design projects by:
- Leading the development and delivery of design execution across multiple delivery channels, ensuring work is connected across channels rather than operating in silos.
- Collaborating with strategy, creative, digital and ops teams to shape design direction.
- Maintaining quality and consistency from briefing through to delivery.
- Ensuring recommendations are rooted in audience understanding, cultural relevance and commercial objectives.
- Helping teams move from ideas to execution effectively.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
