What you will be doing
As a Global Major Account Director, you will be responsible for the overall growth, profitability and strategic development of a portfolio of global enterprise customers.
You will act as the executive owner of the customer relationship, developing a deep understanding of their business objectives and creating strategies that align Ricoh's capabilities with their long-term goals.
Working across multiple countries and business units, you will lead virtual global teams to identify new opportunities, drive innovation and deliver measurable business outcomes for both the customer and Ricoh.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop strategic relationships with senior decision-makers across global enterprise customers.
- Create and execute global account strategies that deliver sustainable revenue growth and customer value.
- Drive new business opportunities across digital services, workplace technology, software, automation and managed services.
- Increase wallet share by identifying opportunities aligned to customer priorities and transformation agendas.
- Lead complex multinational sales engagements from opportunity identification through to successful execution.
- Build trusted advisor relationships by understanding industry trends, market challenges and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with sales, technical, service delivery and regional leadership teams across Ricoh's global business.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to cross-functional virtual account teams.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, operational excellence and achievement of contractual commitments.
- Deliver against ambitious revenue, profitability and growth objectives.

You will ideally have
Experience
- Proven success managing and growing large multinational customer relationships.
- Significant experience in strategic account management, enterprise sales or global account leadership.
- Background within IT services, managed services, digital transformation, cloud, software, workplace technology or consulting environments.
- Experience engaging and influencing C-suite and senior business stakeholders.
- Track record of delivering complex, multi-country sales opportunities and long-term customer growth.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organisation.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology trends and their impact on business transformation.
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to navigate complex global organisations and multiple stakeholder groups.
- Commercially astute with strong strategic planning and account development capabilities.
- Fluent English required. Additional languages would be advantageous.

Education
- Ideally educated to Bachelor's degree level or equivalent professional qualification and/ or experience.
- MBA or other postgraduate qualification advantageous
