The NestléOne Global Media team, based in London, acts as the Global Centre of Excellence for media within Publicis Groupe. Supporting markets across APAC and the Americas, the team partners with senior stakeholders to drive media transformation, innovation, and growth at scale. Beyond media, Nestlé and Publicis share a long-standing relationship spanning creative, digital transformation, data, technology and production, creating a uniquely integrated partnership.
Responsibilities
What you'll be doing
As Global Account Director, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, leading strategic initiatives across Nestlé's global portfolio and ensuring the delivery of best-in-class media consultancy, governance, and transformation programmes. Working across some of the world's most recognised brands, including Maggi, Nescafé, Nespresso, Starbucks at Home, Nido, NAN and KitKat, you will bring together expertise from across the Publicis Groupe network to identify opportunities, solve complex business challenges and drive measurable impact. This is a highly visible role requiring strong leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence across multiple markets, disciplines and stakeholder groups.
REPORTING TO: Global Managing Partner
Qualifications
What you'll be doing:
- Lead senior client relationships, acting as a strategic partner and trusted advisor across global and regional stakeholders.
- Drive the development and delivery of media transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market priorities.
- Oversee cross-market projects and programmes, providing leadership, governance and clear direction to ensure successful execution.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency and growth through media, technology, data and operational best practice.
- Collaborate with specialist teams across the Publicis network to deliver integrated solutions that create measurable business outcomes.
- Champion high standards of client service, strategic thinking and operational excellence across all areas of responsibility.
- Lead, coach and develop team members, fostering a collaborative, inclusive and high-performing team culture.
