This is a role that TechTree is recruiting for on behalf of one of our clients.

TechTree is an AI-driven recruitment platform working with high-growth companies.

Global Account Executive (CEE)

Own new-logo enterprise deals for a fast-growing European PropTech platform. Cracow/Warsaw, Germany, Netherlands or UK, hybrid.

Our client is building a leading international property operations (CAFM) platform, supporting more than 250 million square metres of real estate worldwide, with over 98% customer retention and double-digit profitable growth. Their customers already include seven of Europe's ten largest logistics platforms and 17 of Europe's top 20 facilities management providers.

This is a pure new-business hunting role: you'll own a greenfield territory of named target accounts and run the full sales cycle, from first cold conversation to signature, on large multi-country property owners, operators and facilities management organisations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What You'll Do

  • Build and self-source pipeline against a named target-account list, multi-threading into C-suite and operational leadership
  • Run complex, multi-country enterprise sales cycles — discovery, business case, evaluation, negotiation, signature
  • Displace incumbent CAFM/IWMS platforms and spreadsheet-based processes
  • Qualify rigorously using MEDDICC, with a mutual action plan on every live deal
  • Build commercial credibility with CFOs, COOs, CIOs and Heads of Real Estate

What We're Looking For

  • A sustained record of exceeding new-business quota, closing six- to seven-figure enterprise deals across borders
  • Demonstrable self-sourced pipeline — accounts you opened cold, and how
  • MEDDICC or an equivalent framework used in practice
  • Business-fluent English; a second European language is an advantage
  • CAFM, IWMS, facilities management or PropTech experience is a plus, not a requirement
