Blend is a global leadership community bringing together C-suite and senior executives from the world's largest organizations. We build the environments where they connect, share honestly, and grow.

We're hiring a Memberships Ambassador to own and grow one of our cities. You'll be selling into our SVP and C-suite community, some of the most senior leaders at the world's largest enterprises. This is a role for someone who wants to own it, take on real responsibility, and see the direct impact of their work in the numbers.

The role

We want active AEs in this role. People who want to hunt, not just manage a pipeline from the sidelines. You'll have an SDR team supporting you, but the SDR role supplements what you're doing, it doesn't replace it. You own a 360 sales cycle and will work closely with our Senior Leadership Team to strategize and plan how your city grows, while building the pipeline, pitches, and closes that actually get you there. Part of that means travelling globally to build relationships with our members and prospects in person.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
