📍 Location: Witton, Birmingham (with significant UK, European and international travel)
Are you an experienced sales and commercial leader with a proven track record of managing strategic global OEM accounts? We are looking for a Global Account Executive to play a key role in driving growth, strengthening customer partnerships, and leading commercial strategy across our most important aerospace OEM accounts.
About the Role
As a Global Account Executive, you will take ownership of key global customer relationships, developing and executing strategic growth plans while ensuring contractual compliance and delivering exceptional customer service. Working closely with senior leaders across Sales, Operations, Technical, Finance, and Product Management, you will identify new business opportunities and maximise revenue across Titanium and Nickel product streams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow strategic global OEM accounts.
- Develop strong customer relationships at all levels, including executive stakeholders.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across UK and European markets.
- Lead commercial strategy and account planning activities.
- Monitor and report on contractual compliance and account performance.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasting, competitor analysis, and market intelligence.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to optimise commercial returns and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular customer visits and senior-level business reviews.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing major global OEM or aerospace accounts.
- Strong commercial and contract management expertise, including legal, technical, financial, and commercial terms.
- Demonstrated success in sales growth, negotiation, and strategic account development.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead complex commercial discussions.
- Degree-qualified, ideally in Engineering, Materials Science, Metallurgy, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrable sales and commercial experience, preferably within Aerospace or advanced manufacturing.
