Global Account Manager
Luxury Fragrance
Remote - 2 days/week Central London
An exceptional opportunity has arisen to join a prestigious luxury fragrance house at an exciting stage of international growth.
We are searching for an accomplished Global Account Manager to take ownership of key international partnerships, accelerate commercial performance and strengthen the brand’s presence across some of the world’s most important luxury markets.
This is a role for someone who understands that building a luxury brand requires more than delivering numbers. It takes exceptional relationships, commercial instinct, attention to detail and a deep understanding of how to protect brand desirability while unlocking growth.
The Opportunity
As Global Account Manager, you will become a key commercial ambassador for the brand, developing influential relationships with the likes of Boots, distributors and strategic partners.
You’ll own and develop a portfolio of high-value global accounts, creating ambitious joint business plans and identifying opportunities to expand distribution, elevate visibility and drive sustainable, profitable growth.
Working across markets and alongside internal teams, you’ll ensure the brand is represented beautifully and consistently at every touchpoint — from commercial negotiations and launches to retail execution and partner engagement.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
