About the Company
Our client is a global technology and services provider supporting some of the world's largest energy operators. With a strong international presence and a reputation for innovation, they partner with major IOC, NOC, and energy organisations to deliver industry-leading digital, technical, and operational solutions.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Global Account Manager to drive strategic account growth across a portfolio of high-value international energy clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive account strategies, strengthening relationships with senior decision-makers, and expanding the adoption of the company's technology and service offerings across global operations.
Working closely with regional sales leadership and account teams, you will play a key role in maximising account value, identifying new commercial opportunities, and developing long-term partnerships with some of the sector's most influential organisations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive multi-year global account plans.
- Build and strengthen relationships with executive-level stakeholders across key client organisations.
- Drive strategic account growth and maximise share of wallet opportunities.
- Lead complex sales pursuits and coordinate resources across technical, commercial, and operational functions.
- Identify client challenges and align tailored solutions that deliver measurable business value.
- Collaborate with regional sales teams to ensure alignment of global and local account strategies.
- Support solution expansion across multiple business units and geographic regions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, customer priorities, and competitive positioning.
- Ensure sustainable profitability while supporting long-term account development objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 20 years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise sales, or business development within the energy, technology, or industrial sectors.
- Proven experience managing complex global accounts and senior stakeholder relationships.
- Demonstrated success delivering revenue growth and expanding key customer relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Experience working with multinational organisations and navigating complex client environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
