Overview
We are hiring a Regional Account Manager to help shape how some of the world’s most recognised beer brands show up across Europe. Based in London, this role sits at the heart of Starcom’s European AB InBev team, partnering with local and global stakeholders to deliver thoughtful, effective media planning across multiple markets. You’ll combine strategic thinking with strong relationship‑building to help brands grow, markets connect, and teams do their best work. What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading regional media planning support across 8–10 European markets, ensuring plans align with AB InBev’s planning principles
- Acting as the day‑to‑day regional client contact, owning status updates, competitive reviews, and smooth delivery of regional and global outputs
- Partnering with global media and brand teams, translating context, summarising plans, and constructively challenging feedback when needed
- Supporting markets through key planning moments, from briefing through to final recommendations and presentations
- Coordinating and advancing ESG and sustainability initiatives across European markets
- Contributing to quarterly business reviews and market landscape updates, helping clients stay ahead of change
- Supporting the onboarding of new or expanding European markets into the AB InBev portfolio
Skills We’re Looking For
- Experience in media planning across multiple channels, with exposure to regional or global coordination
- Confidence managing multiple workstreams while maintaining accuracy, quality, and momentum
- A clear understanding of how different media channels work together within a broader strategy
- Comfort communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including clients and international teams where English may not be a first language
- A solutions‑focused mindset, with the ability to remove barriers and offer constructive perspectives
- Strong presentation and briefing experience, whether leading or contributing
- Curiosity, collaboration, and a genuine interest in building trusted relationships
