Job Title: Global Account Manager - Commercial Interiors

Position location based: UK (ideally London based)

Package: £80,000 - £100,000 + £25,000 sales related bonus paid monthly, quarterly and annually

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating international projects, overseeing successful delivery and implementation of office furniture solutions for major clients across diverse industries.
  • Providing strategic consultation to clients on workspace optimization, ergonomics, and design trends, positioning our solutions as integral to their business success.
  • Balance long-term relationship building with immediate project wins across multi-year cycles.
  • Map account geography to target new internal buyers and expansion points.
  • Maintain strict pipeline and interaction accuracy for all client accounts in Salesforce.
  • Monitor assigned enterprise accounts to ensure long-term, profitable business health.

  • Must have commercial contract interiors sales experience working direct with global enterprise end users
  • Proven ability to engage, present, and negotiate directly with Fortune 500 companies
  • Deep expertise in managing highly complex enterprise contracts and long-cycle consultative selling
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Ability to travel extensively
