Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

As a Global Account Manager, you will act as a key interface between customers and Infineon for assigned accounts within the Smart Home, Health & Lifestyle segment, including strategic accounts in England.

  • Achieve and exceed revenue and design-win targets for assigned accounts while building strong customer relationships and fostering strategic partnerships up to C-Level
  • Identify and address core customer challenges, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to drive success
  • Ensure consistent and proactive reporting of all activities, analyze customer demands, and create an accurate sales forecast
  • Develop the 5-year account strategy plan for focus accounts
  • Own negotiation preparations, execution, and quoting
  • Orchestrate the cross-functional Account Team by applying a hybrid sales approach using our state-of-the-art CRM tools

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

We are looking for a results-driven Global Account Manager with a proven ability to grow customers by understanding their needs and delivering innovative solutions. Proactive and entrepreneurial, you take ownership of your accounts, identifying opportunities, driving revenue, and tackling challenges to deliver results. You inspire collaboration and ensure teams work cohesively to achieve shared goals.

  • Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field
  • Between 5 - 10 years of experience in sales as an account manager or similar field, preferably with experience supporting complex accounts in the semiconductor or consumer market
  • Willingness to travel within Europe and occasionally overseas
  • Fluency in English (mandatory)
