Global Account Manager

Abingdon, Oxfordshire Onsite 3 x Days a Week

What You'll Do

As Global Account Manager I (GAM I), you'll act as an Outside Sales Manager, responsible for driving long-term, strategic relationships with major client accounts.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, writing, maintaining, and executing a comprehensive 3-year Account Plan
  • Driving a comprehensive account execution plan to build long-term, sustainable relationships with top decision-makers
  • Optimizing account potential, measured by Share of Wallet (SoW), by directing all strategic sales activity across the account team
  • Maximizing and sustaining profitability across all areas of the business
  • Expanding the solution footprint by matching the company's technical, commercial, and operational solutions to client needs
  • Building deep, meaningful relationships with client management and key stakeholders
  • Identifying and accessing the resources required to serve clients' current and future domestic and international needs
  • Partnering closely with the Sales Manager and Account Manager to develop regional Account Plans and complex deal pursuit strategies

What You'll Bring

  • Undergraduate degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 8 years of related global account sales experience
  • Experience managing accounts with a revenue scope typically in the range of $10–25M
  • Strong relationship-building and strategic planning skills
  • Comfort operating with broad direction and a high degree of autonomy
