About the Role
Suade is a market-leading regtech SaaS company with cutting-edge technology that automates regulatory reporting, compliance, and financial risk solutions for financial institutions. Our technology leads the market on most metrics, and we are supported by an unprecedented need for new technology to solve complex and growing regulatory burdens. We serve Tier 1 banks across Europe, North America, and Asia.
We are seeking an ambitious Global Account Manager who wants to take their skills to the next level in a fast-growing tech company to create a long-term, trusting relationship with our customer.
Salary: £50,000 to £70,000 based on experience, plus 100% OTE.

- We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role. Candidates who need visa sponsorship now, or will need visa sponsorship in future, will not be considered.
- This is a fully on-site role, based in London. You will be expected to be in our London office 4 days per week. Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities
- Research target clients/markets according to business plan
- Contact clients to understand their requirements and work on sales plans
- Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients' queries
- Build strong client relationships, through regular communication and good service
- Help to create customized sales plans / proposals for key clients
- Oversee / manage after-sales relationship to retain customers
- Report on the status of account status
- Suggest company products/services that maximize client satisfaction for new customers
- Promote new products/services to existing customers
- Communicate product and pricing details clearly
- Help to create customized sales plans for key clients
- Book-keeping of activities, whether with targets, clients or partners
- Work alongside other departments e.g. marketing or product to develop / foster activity in target regions
Skills and Qualifications
- Min 3 years' work experience as a Global Account Manager or relevant similar Sales/BA role (experience in the finance, consultancy or ESG sectors specifically would be a plus)
- Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships
- Effective presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Understanding commercial principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience
- Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Must be able to travel

Additional Skills that Would Be an Advantage
- Experience in the finance, consultancy or ESG sectors specifically would be a plus
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Previous Business Analyst experience will be an advantage
- Spanish would be a plus, but not essential
