Global Account Manager — Own commercial strategy and expansion ARR for our most strategic global customers. Netherlands, remote.
Our client is building a leading international property operations (CAFM) platform, supporting more than 250 million square metres of property with 99%+ customer retention and double-digit profitable growth. Their customers include seven of Europe's ten largest logistics platforms and 17 of Europe's top 20 facilities management providers.
This is a senior, quota-carrying role — not a traditional account management position — with a mandate to create and close significant multi-country expansion opportunities across a portfolio of named enterprise customers, working directly with the CRO and CEO.

What You'll Do
- Take full commercial ownership of a portfolio of named global strategic accounts and deliver expansion ARR
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and global decision-makers
- Develop and execute multi-year global account plans, identifying whitespace across countries and product lines
- Lead complex commercial negotiations and enterprise agreement discussions
- Maintain an accurate forecast and drive mutual action plans on major opportunities
What We're Looking For
- A strong record of winning high-value, multi-year enterprise agreements or expansions, including seven-figure deals
- Experience managing complex international or multi-country accounts
- Credibility with CFOs, COOs, CIOs and Heads of Real Estate
- CAFM, facilities management, PropTech or workplace technology experience is a plus, not a requirement

Competitive B2B base salary of €6K–€8.2K per month, plus commission.
