Purpose of Role
The purpose of the Technology Partnerships team is to build and execute strategic partnerships that bring value to customers and through that value creation, drive growth for Keyloop. The primary role of the Global Account Manager is to own the day to day partnership with Amazon through launch and growth phases. We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting partner growth, a strong communicator, has experience managing cross functional stakeholders and meeting goals.
Role Responsibilities
- Ownership of the relationship and understanding of the strategy
- Own the day to day relationship with the Partner
- Understand, manage and track Partner’s business goals
- Understand and track Keyloop’s goals that intersect with the Partner launch. AND be able to communicate and make recommendations about risks, opportunities and necessary trade offs to both Keyloop leadership and the Partner team as they arise

Shared ownership of project milestones
- Clear and consistent cross functional communication
- Track and communicate updates to key stakeholders internally and externally on a bi-weekly basis
- Track and communicate updates to leadership on a monthly basis
- Escalate opportunities, risks and blockers in a timely manner and with a recommended path forward

Cross functional collaboration
- Have a clear understanding of stakeholders inside Keyloop and at Partner Organisation and the roles they play in executing goals and meeting timelines. This includes but is not limited to program management, product, engineering, alliances, professional services, sales and marketing.
- Influence key stakeholders internally and at Partner Organisation to ensure we are allocated necessary resources and meet deadlines
- Map leadership stakeholders where appropriate across Keyloop and Partner Organisation, and ensure a regular cadence with regular briefings
- While in depth product knowledge is not necessary, baseline understanding of the product, progress, milestones, risks and blockers is essential to being able to effectively communicate and escalate across the cross functional team

- Identify opportunities for growth and bring recommendations to Keyloop leadership
- Support negotiation of any commercial expansion
- Manage contracting process and sign offs for any commercial expansion
