Overview
We are hiring a Global Account & Network Manager to help shape impactful healthcare media solutions on a global stage. This is a unique opportunity to partner with some of the world’s leading healthcare brands, delivering work that blends data, creativity, and innovation. You’ll play a central role in connecting teams across markets, ensuring campaigns are executed seamlessly and deliver meaningful outcomes. Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing:
- Build trusted relationships with global clients, understanding their goals and supporting delivery against account objectives
- Lead the coordination and development of client briefs, ensuring clarity, quality, and alignment across teams
- Oversee campaign delivery across multiple markets, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and governance are met
- Manage ongoing project workflows, prioritising effectively to meet campaign deadlines and expectations
- Run client status meetings and provide clear, insightful updates on performance and progress
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to optimise campaign performance and outcomes
- Strengthen collaboration across international markets, maintaining consistent communication and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
Skills we’re looking for:
- Experience in client servicing or account management within a media or related environment
- Strong communication skills, with confidence engaging a range of stakeholders across markets
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively within global, cross-functional teams
- A proactive and organised approach to managing multiple projects and priorities
- Confidence working with campaign data and translating it into clear, meaningful insights
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely
- A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to support, guide, and learn alongside others
