Shape the Future of Wealth Management

FNZ is seeking a Global Accounting Manager to join our Group Finance team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and technically strong qualified accountant to take on a highly visible role within a fast-growing global FinTech organisation. Working at the centre of FNZ's Group Finance function, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality consolidated reporting, supporting complex accounting matters, and partnering with senior stakeholders across the business.

From acquisitions and impairment assessments to share-based payments and hedge accounting, you'll gain exposure to some of the most technically challenging areas of financial reporting while helping shape the financial governance of a global organisation.

This role offers an excellent platform for an accountant looking to move beyond traditional financial reporting and develop deep expertise in Group reporting, technical accounting, and strategic finance.

The Opportunity

As a Global Accounting Manager, you'll work closely with the Group Financial Controller and senior finance leadership, owning critical components of the Group's financial reporting and statutory reporting processes.

You'll support the delivery of robust financial reporting across multiple jurisdictions while providing technical accounting expertise on a range of complex transactions and business activities. The role offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders, external auditors, acquisitions activity, and strategic finance projects.

What You'll Be Doing

Group Reporting & Statutory Accounts

  • Supporting the preparation and delivery of statutory accounts across Group entities
  • Ensuring financial reporting is accurate, timely, and audit ready
  • Producing key analyses supporting Group management reporting
  • Delivering profitability, margin, and performance analysis to support business decision-making
  • Contributing to the continuous enhancement of Group reporting processes and controls

Audit & Governance

  • Playing a leading role in the coordination of the Group external audit process
  • Managing audit deliverables and ensuring high-quality supporting documentation
  • Acting as a key liaison between external auditors and regional finance teams
  • Supporting audit planning, issue resolution, and governance activities
  • Preparing materials and accounting updates for Audit Committee and senior leadership review

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
