Description
We are looking for a Global Accounts Manager (London or Amsterdam is preferred). This is a high-impact role for an experienced Enterprise Sales professional responsible for providing physical security solutions to the Global Enterprise sector. The successful candidate will possess experience in physical security systems (e.g. access control and video surveillance) and IoT technologies, focusing on driving significant new business and sales growth.
This position requires a "hunter" mentality to grow existing Enterprise accounts, as well as identify, develop, and close large, multi-site end-user account opportunities. You will be responsible for cultivating executive relationships—often at the C-Level—targeting developers, owners, and operators to support the company’s ambitious growth goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage Existing Enterprise Accounts: Expand Brivo within existing accounts as the primary contact for the customer and manage internal resources to accelerate account growth.
- Drive New Business Acquisition: Prospect large/enterprise and multi-site end-user account opportunities through various channels, including networking, industry events, and social media.
- Close Complex Deals: Lead deep discovery conversations and navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees.
- Compete & Win Against Competition: Qualify prospective customers to identify areas where our solutions provide value, driving adoption in new projects, retrofits, and developments.
- Build Decision Maker Relationships: Create and cultivate key relationships with C-Suite, VP, and Director-level decision-makers within the Enterprise customers to drive growth in Recurring Monthly Revenue and hardware sales.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Drive collaboration alongside internal teams (Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Marketing, etc.) to drive overall customer growth and foster strong working relationships, including the internal Marketing team to maximise sales campaigns through targeted end-user communication.
- Forecast: Accurately manage a CRM sales pipeline to forecast quota achievement effectively.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
