Role Mission

As a Global Advocacy & Social Strategist at SAMY, you’ll lead the development of Social Advocacy strategies across Social, Influencer Marketing and Social Commerce, helping global brands strengthen their influence, relevance and impact.

You’ll connect data, insights, creativity and emerging trends to develop innovative strategies, working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to turn social opportunities into measurable business impact.

New project coming!

Join the team behind one of the world's most iconic beauty portfolios and help define how global brands win in today's creator economy.

Beauty is one of the fastest-moving and most influential industries in the world. Trends are born overnight, creators shape consumer behaviour, and communities decide what products become tomorrow's icons. Working on this account means having a front-row seat to everything happening across social, culture, creators and innovation.

At SAMY, you'll help global beauty brands stay ahead of what's next. You'll turn cultural shifts into strategy, identify the creators driving conversations, and build advocacy programmes that connect brands with millions of people in authentic ways.

You'll work at the intersection of social, culture, AI, technology and creativity, where every day brings new trends, new platforms and new opportunities to shape the future of beauty marketing.

If you're passionate about creators, obsessed with culture and excited by the idea of working on one of the most prestigious global beauty accounts in the industry, we'd love to meet you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

We don't just hire for roles, we hire for mindset. We look for people who communicate with honesty, collaborate without ego, embrace change with energy, and take real ownership of what they build.
