About the Team
TikTok's Scaled Growth team aims to help businesses and brands of all sizes unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, or perhaps be discovered! From executing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips, our Scaled Growth team combines operational expertise and sales acumen with a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok.
Responsibilities
- Own the acquisition and onboarding of large independent agencies across EMEA, driving end-to-end business development with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Build and convert a high-quality pipeline, consistently delivering against sales and partnership goals.
- Develop strategic relationships with agency stakeholders, including C-level decision-makers, and navigate complex organizations to unlock new business opportunities.
- Represent TikTok in market through partner meetings, industry events, roundtables, and other high-impact engagements that strengthen relationships and generate pipeline.
- Stay close to market trends, AI developments, and user acquisition strategies to identify growth opportunities and keep the business ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s)
- Experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or digital advertising.
- Proven track record of winning new business, developing new markets, and delivering measurable commercial results.
- Strong ownership mindset, high level of self-motivation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Commercially sharp, resourceful, and resilient, with strong judgment and a proactive, hands-on approach to problem solving.
- High oral and written fluency in one of the following languages: German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Turkish or Arabic is required, as the role involves direct client communication across those markets served by the business.

Preferred Qualification(s)
- Experience with independent agencies or within the agency ecosystem.
- Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders and leading strategic business conversations.
- Experience organizing or supporting client events, industry activations, or executive engagements.
- Knowledge of, or experience with, TikTok monetization solutions is a plus.
