Position Summary

Act as the commercial and strategic owner of the future agency operating model, working in close partnership with Procurement, global and local commercial functions, Technology and the wider E2E transformation team.

Responsibilities

  • Define target agency model: Lead design of a streamlined, tiered agency ecosystem (global / regional / local) aligned to content types, content studio model and the future content supply chain, reducing duplication and fragmentation across markets.
  • Redesign ways of working: Establish new agency interaction model across content supply chain including AI-enabled briefing, modular creation, structured outputs and clean workflow integration with internal teams and platforms.
  • Drive AI-enabled transformation: Define how AI is used across agencies for creation, localisation and optimisation, ensuring agency outputs are compatible with internal AI tooling, reuse engines and modular content standards.
  • Lead commercial & procurement redesign: Reconfigure contracts and commercial models (hybrid and outcome-based pricing), embed AI and data-ownership clauses, and drive agency consolidation, renegotiation and cost reduction in partnership with Procurement.
  • Alignment with E2E transformation Ensure the transformation stays aligned with the wider E2E Marketing Operating Model, including content taxonomy, workflow simplification, and marketing technology evolution, and represent the commercial and operational implications of agency decisions in cross-functional forums.
  • Establish governance & performance management: Define decision rights, agency selection standards and a KPI framework spanning cost, speed, quality and reuse with clear accountability across the partner network.
  • Manage strategic partnerships & innovation: Build and steward relationships with key agencies and emerging AI and technology partners, bringing external benchmarks, market intelligence and innovation into the model.
  • Own capability and future-readiness: Continuously reshape the agency model as technology and AI evolve, defining which activities are best delivered by agencies, in-house teams, or AI-enabled and automated capabilities in collaboration with the wider E2E-Marketing team and Procurement.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
