It's more than a job
As a Global Air Logistics Implementation Manager, you will lead the implementation of strategic customer solutions across international air logistics networks. Acting as the key link between customers, Key Account Managers, and operational teams worldwide, you will ensure new business transitions are delivered efficiently, on time, and with minimal disruption.
This role combines your air logistics operational expertise with your project management skills, giving you the opportunity to drive large-scale customer implementations for some of the world's leading businesses. We offer flexibility regarding the position’s location within Europe.
How you create impact
- Lead global and regional customer implementation projects for new business wins, business transitions, and logistics solution rollouts.
- Act as the primary interface between customers, Key Account Management, and operational teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple countries to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project performance, proactively manage risks, and drive timely issue resolution.
- Facilitate customer workshops, implementation meetings, and project reviews.
- Ensure operational readiness through process alignment, SOP implementation, training, and handover activities.
- Provide clear project updates, reporting, and communication to customers and senior stakeholders.

What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- 5+ years of experience in air logistics forwarding, with a strong operational background and exposure to customer service, customer implementations, or business transitions.
- Proven experience leading customer implementation projects, logistics projects, or complex customer onboarding activities in an international environment.
- Strong understanding of air freight operational processes, customer requirements, and end-to-end supply chain workflows.
- Experience working with senior customer stakeholders, Key Account Managers, operational leaders, and management or C-level decision-makers.
- Excellent project management capabilities, including the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously; PMP, Prince2, PMI, Agile, or similar certification is an advantage.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, combined with a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
- Business fluent English; additional language skills, particularly German, are a plus.
