The Role & What You Will Be Doing

The Global Artwork Coordinator (Launches) has responsibility for supporting Viatris' growth and regulatory objectives by leading artwork coordination for regional launch and lifecycle management projects. The role is responsible for the creation and management of artwork templates, mock-ups and submission-only artworks to support Marketing Authorisation applications and non-marketed product licence updates. The role ensures artwork activities align with regulatory submission timelines while managing pictogram governance and the allocation of INN and strength colour standards for non-branded products. The position is an individual contributor role.

Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Global Artwork Coordinator (Launches) role will make an impact:

  • Manage and prioritise submission artwork requests, ensuring delivery in line with regulatory submission timelines and business priorities.
  • Create and maintain submission artwork templates and mock-ups that meet regulatory, technical and commercial requirements.
  • Develop clear, accurate design briefs for artwork vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct design and compliance reviews to ensure alignment with EMA and national Health Authority requirements.
  • Own Centralized Procedure artwork templates, including lifecycle management and implementation of regulatory and technical updates.
  • Validate technical packaging data against Viatris standards prior to release to affiliate markets.
  • Coordinate artwork change controls within TrackWise and maintain related documentation.
  • Monitor and report artwork project status, KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Identify, escalate and support resolution of artwork-related risks and issues.
  • Manage the end-to-end pictogram process and allocation of INN and strength colours for non-branded product launches.

About Your Skills & Experience

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in pharmaceutical artwork.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in coordination and/or project management.
  • Regulatory affairs experience would be advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proficiency with professional graphic software packages such as Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of packaging site technical requirements.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to understand technical documents and communicate problems and solutions effectively in English.
